Restorative Toner is a fresh Arctic seaweed and vitamin toner with extracts of calendula and elderflower.
Ingredients: De-ionized water, extracts of elderflower, calendula, orange blossom, horsetale and bulgarian chamomile, aloe vera gel, sodium PCA, almond glycerides, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), sea kelp, algae extract, vegetable glycerin, sorbitol, lecithin, cucumber extract, vitamin E (tocopherol), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), chelated trace minerals, essential oils of geranium, ylang ylang and clary sage.
