Suggested Use

Adults:Two capsules, three times a day. Can increase to two capsules, four times a day when initiating a maintenance program. Children 12 and Under:For ongoing digestive challenges, take low dose of 2-4 capsules (1/4-1/2 tsp) lowering the dose as the body comes back into balance.

For sudden onset digestive challenges, take 1 capsule every 20-30 minutes until there is a shift in the symptoms.
